The Story of BCS Properties
Barbara Shrader is the broker/owner of BCS Properties. Barbara has lived in Montgomery County since 1979. After getting her real estate license in 1994, Barbara worked as an agent until 1999 when she opened BCS Properties, a boutique real estate agency in North Montgomery County. Barbara worked in two Montgomery County schools prior to her real estate career.
She has watched our community grow from a small rural town to one of the fastest growing metroplexes in the country. Today, Barbara has built her brokerage with agents that not only share her passion for real estate, but are top producers in the field and have the highest of standards for customer service. As a result of both her passion for real estate and the vision she had for her business, today BCS Properties proudly offers a full spectrum of real estate services in both Residential and Commercial Real estate .
With 20+ years experience in real estate, she is not only proud of BCS Properties’ production in real estate, she is also proud of the culture she has created and the winning team she now shares her visions with.
